Owner: Simeon David Strauss

Simeon, a Chicago native, has been passionate about landscaping since childhood. With years of hands-on experience, he turned his early interest into a career, combining his expertise in the field with strong leadership skills. He earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management from Wisconsin Lutheran College in May of 2023 and is set to earn his master’s degree in ethics and organizational behavior from Palm Beach Atlantic University this coming summer. With a deep understanding of both business operations and ethical leadership, Simeon brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to the landscaping industry, ensuring high-quality service and sustainable practices. Thanks to his four-years as a college athlete, Simeon learned the importance of hard work and dedication, and applies that same mindset to landscaping.

Co-Owner: Adrian Gutierrez

Adrian Gutierrez was born in Rockford, Illinois and has always been inspired by the natural beauty of all types of landscapes. He earned his bachelor’s degree in management from Wisconsin Lutheran College, where he played football for five seasons. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Adrian brings strong communication skills to his work in the landscaping industry. Shortly after graduating in December of 2022, he joined Simeon, contributing his passion and expertise to the company. With five years of experience, Adrian is dedicated to his craft and plans to continue shaping beautiful outdoor spaces for years to come.
